In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

I ordered the deluxe hand tied tulip bouquet for someone. She sent me a picture of the bouquet when it arrived. At first I was concerned that it looked like there wasn’t as many tulips as I had hoped. But I was wrong. There were 30 tulips that were fresh with tight flowers that just needed to expand when in the vase. This is the best way of receiving tulips- they will get better over the next two days and will be enjoyed longer. Weir Florist delivered them when I asked (early in day) answered my questions, and the bouquet was beautiful. I was glad to give my trade to a local business, not a website conglomerate.
